The experimental research was carried out to study migration and detoxification that could be achieved in membrane treatment of milk containing neocidol pesticide.
The nature of migration of this pesticide was established as well as the rate of its elimination and detoxification in different casein-protein, whey-protein milk concentrates, filtrates and diafiltrates. The basic tendencies of the capacity of ultrafiltration and following diafiltration were established for the multiple reduction of neocidol pesticide content in the finished lacto-protein products compared to its content in raw milk.Key words: ultrafiltration, diafiltration, milk, pesticides
